16  Team Roles & Responsibilities

This section complements performance expectations (Remote Work Expectations) and project governance (Meetings & Project Management). The detailed, current org chart is maintained by People Ops.

16.0.1 RACI & Reporting

• Use RACI for major deliverables (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed).

• Each project must list owner, approver, and reviewers in the channel (Documentation Standards section).

16.0.1.1 Additional Pointers:

1. Each role maintains a short Responsibilities doc linked from the directory.

2. Escalation path: IC → Project Lead → Eng. Manager → CEO (if needed).

3. For multi‑hat roles, clarify capacity split at project kickoffs.
