Q4. How do I request leave?
For short absences (≥1 hour), post in #away-notes with start/end time and reason. For planned leave/holidays, add to shared calendar ASAP and give ≥10 business days’ notice (≥20 for client-facing roles). For emergency leave, notify your manager via Slack/phone; HR will handle next steps. Update Slack status to OOO, and include a coverage plan when relevant (Communication Guidelines section OOO & Leave Notices, Emergencies & Contingencies section).

Q5. Which tools should I use for docs and tasks?
Docs live in Drive; tasks in the PM tool/Slack marked for your project (Documentation Standards, Tools, Access & Approved Software sections).

Q6. Who approves access to new tools or repos?
File a request via your manager; access is least‑privilege and time‑bound (Tools, Access & Approved Software section).

Q7. How are performance reviews done?
Semi‑annual reviews with criteria in Performance Reviews; ongoing quarterly feedback in Learning & Training section.

Q8. How are meetings run?

Q9. What are our security must‑dos?

Post a short eval in #team-announcements (problem, alternatives, security notes) and file an IT request; avoid signing up directly (Tools & Access Management).

Q13. Where do meeting recordings live?
In the project’s Shared Drive › Recordings folder; link and summarize in the project channel (Documentation Standards section).

Q14. What if I accidentally committed a secret?
